Volunteers Extraordinaire! David Misenheimer has regularly updated the database Joey Howell originally created for the Co-op. Having a database that efficiently organizes all the information we have collected from owners and others interested in the Co-op is invaluable! Carole Hoffman has jumped right in to help her new community. She gave more than 7 hours of her time getting the newsletter ready for mailing! Thank you both!

A tower is being built as part of the mall entranceway. It’s an architectural accent that mirrors the Chatham Mills water tower located behind the building.

Lots of progress is being made on the parking lot!

Lauren Craig, our Point of Sale (POS) Administrator, has been spending lots of time in tight quarters in the counting office getting trained and helping set up the entire POS system that will scan prices, update inventory, keep track of owner purchases and do almost anything else you can imagine!
